It is easy to use the Software add-in feature to create labels.
Below is an example* of how easy it is to create labels using Microsoft Word®. It can be as easy as: HIGHLIGHT, CLICK and PRINT.
Step 1: Open the relevant
application document and select the text to appear on the label.
Step 2: Click on the P-touch®
Editor Add-in button in the top toolbar.
Step 3: Click print

What are the software add-ins? |
The Add-in feature in the Brother P-touch® Editor software makes it exceptionally
fast and easy to create and print a label directly from the Word®, Excel®
or Outlook® programs you use every day on your Windows® PC.
Brother’s Add-In software automatically formats the label, provides a preview
of the label on-screen exactly as it will look when printed, checks to make sure
it is the correct information on the label and, at when the user specifies - prints
that label through your Brother Label Printer.
