To support your business requirements, a dedicated Brother SP Sales Manager is assigned to support your business' sales and marketing efforts. Your rep can provide you with: sales training, TCO analysis, trade show support, product literature, competitive model comparison charts and joint sales calls.

Major Account Support
If you choose, your major account customers can work directly with our knowledgeable and dedicated staff to answer questions and resolve problems. Our highly trained help desk is always ready to assist. Warranty registration is an easy online process for your customers.

Major Account Sales
We recognize the diligence it takes to win a Major Account customer through a long sales cycle. As a Preferred Partner, you will have access to our Major Account sales executives whose sole purpose is to sell the Brother brand into large accounts and fulfill through the channel. We want to help you close business and exceed customer expectations.

Solution Provider Technical Support
Brother's dedicated technical support for Preferred Partners will assist you with technical information, servicing what you sell, or providing complete warranty service support for your customer.

Evaluation Program
An evaluation is often necessary when introducing a product alternative, such as Brother, to a Major Account. Whether integrating a Brother product into an existing system, or evaluating ease-of-use, compatibility or connectivity, a free evaluation will be a key step in earning confidence from a Major Account.

Demo Program
Preferred Partners are authorized to purchase from our quarterly demo list. The demo list has 3-5 latest models of every category. These units are available at an extra discount from distribution. Demo units are intended for in-house demos.

Bid Pricing
Preferred Partners are authorized to receive special pricing on opportunities of 100 units or more. Please contact your SP Sales Manager to get the process started.

Authorized Service Program
Comprehensive Authorized Service Programs have been developed to meet the requirements of our selling and servicing Preferred Partners, giving you the opportunity to apply and participate as an Authorized Service Center or Authorized Servicing Dealer. Parts reimbursement.
